    Mexican Food Exclusively Since 1934

    Our story began in eastern New Mexico, just a block past the Riley’s Switch train station. For four generations, our family has continued to make the enchilada sauce mix that is beloved by eastern New Mexico and west Texas families for almost 100 years. Though much has changed in time we have been delighting families with our hometown flavor, we have always used New Mexico-grown ingredients, and we still partner with family businesses that also call New Mexico home. And we still promise that no matter what changes around us, our recipe never will.
